A 365-night trial advertised on a brand website is not evidence that an Amazon order receives 365 nights. Confirm the seller, fulfillment route, return window, item condition rules, pickup method, and fees on the exact listing.

Not automatically. A brand-direct trial can be limited to purchases made through the brand or specific authorized retailers. For an Amazon order, the exact listing, seller, and order-level return terms are the source of truth.
Open the Returns section on the exact product listing, identify the seller and fulfillment route, and save a screenshot or copy of the terms shown at checkout.
Do not assume either way. The required handling method depends on the purchase channel and approved return. Start through Your Orders or the seller before arranging transport yourself.
