We value your trust. This policy explains how MattressProducts.com handles the information we collect while curating Amazon mattress recommendations.

AI offer and return-policy checks

When you select Check text with AI in the Mattress Offer Check or Sleep Trial & Return Checker, your pasted text is sent to our server and through OpenRouter to the model provider processing the request. Do not include names, addresses, order numbers or other personal information. Provider processing and retention are governed by their policies.
These checker pages do not save pasted text or results to browser storage. The source label and comparison entries stay in the page unless you download a report or explicitly send an advisor question. Choosing Draft a question for Sleep Advisor prepares excerpts and comparison details for you to review; they are sent when you submit that question.
With analytics consent, we record checker starts, completions, downloads and advisor handoffs, without the pasted text or profile entries. Saved catalog models use the existing local shortlist. Clear all removes the current checker entries; it does not delete downloads or a previously submitted advisor conversation.

We collect non-identifying analytics data (browser type, device information, referring URLs) to understand how visitors navigate our guides.
When you choose to contact us, we store the email address and message you provide so we can respond to your enquiry.
We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children under the age of 16.
